AppAppeal has had a makeover!
If you are a loyal AppAppeal visitor, you might have noticed that AppAppeal has been changing a lot lately. AppAppeal wants to be the #1 destination when someone is looking for good web apps, so the aim is to be the most user friendly web app compare site out there.
As already announced two weeks ago, AppAppeal now has a new rating that will help you easily find the best web apps. Now, the AppAppeal homepage has also changed.
The main difference that can be seen are the different boxes. The first one shows the newest reviews. AppAppeal publishes over 100 new reviews every month, and here you can see the latest additions. The second box shows the AppAppeal blogs. This is where you can find posts like this one, but also news, infographics, AppAwards, interviews, and so on.
There is another box that shows the featured web app. This is our favorite new web app of the week.
The rest of the boxes are lists of the most popular web apps in different categories, like Task Management, Blogging, Photo, and Travel apps. These lists are ranked by popularity. AppAppeal ranks web apps by their worldwide popularity and to create these ranks, AppAppeal uses data from
Alexa.
