Zoho Show allows users to create effective presentations. The application offers tools that are flexible, making it an appealing option for educators, professionals, students, salespeople and anyone else who needs to put together a presentation. The application offers premade themes that the user can transform into an original presentation. Users can also add clip art, drag and drop elements. Presentations created with Zoho Show can be accessed, edited and imported from any computer with an internet connection. They offer many office applications including a CRM application which competes with Salesforce. Zoho Show was launched in June of 2006 and in December of 2007 Zoho Show 2.0 was introduced. Zoho Show offers many helpful editing features. However what makes it the most appealing is the web based format. Users can upload and create a beautiful, customized presentation and share it with others. Presentations can be embedded, shared or collaborated on. As long as the user has access to the internet and a browser, they can create, edit and view Zoho Show presentations. Zoho Show features the familiar Zoho logo, complete with tumbling cubes in red, green, blue and yellow. The logo appears throughout all Zoho products, and Show is no exception. The application is reminiscent of Microsoft Power Point, with a variety of colors and backgrounds to choose from. The user interface includes blue headers and white backgrounds against black text. Overall, Zoho Show is very well organized and includes no distracting clutter. Users must create a Zoho account to access the company’s many applications. To begin, the user can click the blue “Sign Up for Free” link found on the homepage just below the log in form (along the right hand side). The form requires an email address, username, password, terms of service agreement and word verification. After filling out the form, the user can also check a box at the bottom to sign up for the Zoho newsletter. This is optional and not a requirement to access Zoho Show. Users can also register with Facebook, Yahoo, Google Apps or Google accounts. All users can access Zoho Show for free. There are no subscription fees or other charges for using the application. The user only has to create a free Zoho account to begin building a presentation or collaborating on one. Each user is given access to all of the current features, including those added in the Zoho Show 2.0 update. Zoho Show helps users create presentations. It could be ideal for anyone who needs a Power Point style presentation. The user can design a product demo, build an information presentation or create one just for fun to share with friends and family.
