WorkforceTrack combines many important business related solutions into one. The application spans many areas a company needs to cover. Through WorkforceTrack, users can handle basic projects, customer relations managers, accounting tasks and more. The application also includes a website, e-commerce tools, storefront and custom forms. Users can collaborate through WorkforceTrack from any computer with internet access. WorkforceTrack also contains valuable human resources tools that enable the user to manage employee records, track absences and conduct employee performance appraisals through the online system. Payroll capabilities give the user the ability to make payments and access customizable applications for taxes and efiling. Other WorkforceTrack features include document storage and sharing, product invoicing, inventory management and more.

WorkforceTrack was founded in March of 2007. The application was intended to provide an entire list of solutions for businesses of varying sizes. Today, WorkforceTrack has really lived up to its name by providing users with a full spectrum of capabilities to help them run their business more effectively. WorkforceTrack was rebranded as KPI.com in 2011.

Many of the services available through WorkforceTrack are not something that can be considered original. Other applications provide very similar features and functions. What really makes WorkforceTrack appealing is the large variety of tools it includes. Users can easily centralize many vital business tasks into one convenience place when using WorkforceTrack.

WorkforceTrack manages to bring all of its tools together without losing its sense of organization. Tabs that run across the top of the application allow the user to access the main areas, including project management, HRMS, account and finance, documents and the user dashboard.

A new user can join WorkforceTrack by clicking the dark blue “Register” button in the upper, right hand corner of the homepage. The user is taken to the seven day free trial form which requires a first and last name, email address, company name, phone number, country location and acceptance of the WorkforceTrack terms and conditions.

WorkforceTrack provides users with three membership options to choose from. The user must select a plan after their seven day free trial is up. The first plan is the Bronze account which includes up to four users. The plan costs around $300 per year with a fee of around $7 per month per user. The Gold membership includes five to 25 users and costs around $1780 for one year, plus around $7 per user per month. The Platinum plan is intended for 26 to 100 users and requires a quote. The Bronze plan is available at a 10% discount when the user signs up for one full year. The Gold membership is given a 10% discount when purchased for six months and a 15% discount for a full year subscription. The Platinum membership offers a 10% discount for three months, a 15% discount for six months and a 20% discount for a full year subscription purchase.
