UserEcho provides its users with a better way to obtain feedback, requests and other information from their customers. Users create their own communication website that gives them a place to send customers to obtain the data they need. UserEcho provides a link that can be placed on the user’s website or blog to direct their customers and visitors to request collection site. The application helps the user get better information in less time by compiling accumulated responses so the user never has to page through individual requests that will inevitably include repeat requests. Users can also respond to requests through the UserEcho system. The content is served by Amazon S3 services, which provides quick widget loading time. A tagging function is also included so the user can organize feedback and create categories. Customers responding to the user’s request for feedback can also vote on suggestions posted by other customers. This allows the user to see which items are the most popular based on their customer’s opinions. UserEcho also includes multi language support for English, German, Russian and Dutch.

The user can also quickly see the current vote status to determine which items are most highly regarded. Navigational links are listed in a right hand side bar along one side of the page, which include tag categories, forum access and feedback links.
A new user can sign up to try UserEcho for free by clicking the white “Sign Up for free” link found along the right hand side of the homepage (in the dark blue bar). The top of the registration form invites the user to sign in through an existing Google, Twitter, Facebook, Yahoo or AOL account. Those who prefer to go the traditional route can fill out the form provided just below. The form asks for an email address, desired display name, project alias, project name, site URL and desired service plan.
UserEcho provides its users with five account options to choose from. The first is the free Basic plan which includes one forum, one official representative, simple moderation features, administrative controls and a multi-language interface. The Base membership costs around $15 per month and upgrades to include two forums, three representatives, private forums and category features. The Base Plus plan costs just under $60 and includes up to 10 forums, 10 representatives, sub categories, tags, multi-language content, feedback merging, surveys and feedback per page. The Advanced plan costs around $260 per month and includes unlimited forums, unlimited representatives, custom notification emails and custom topic types. A Custom plan is available that can be tailored to the user’s needs. Users must request a quote for a custom plan.
