Troovi is a web application which can be used to share your photos with your friends and family in high quality. The best thing about Troovi is that you can publish your photos to the internet in a matter of clicks, this makes something that can be time consuming and complicated very simple. Uploading photos is really easy; it’s just a matter of selecting the files that you want to upload and then clicking the upload button. You don’t even need to create an account; you will be issued with an automatically generated address to your photo collection. You can give this out to people so that only the people you want can see your gallery. The photos can then be downloaded by whoever wants them in high quality. The free accounts will be removed if nobody accesses them within 30 days. The site is owned by Acomba, a German Company. Troovi was officially launched in 2008 and has received some good reviews from people all over the internet. It is becoming a very quick way to share photos because it’s so easy to use. Unlike many of the other photo sharing applications this one is very easy to use, you don’t actually need to register although registering will make it much easier to keep track of all of your collections. The application is completely free to use, however if you don’t access your photos within the period of 30 days then they will be deleted. The photos can be downloaded in high quality without losing anything. Anyone with access to the link will be able to add photos to your collection. Using Troovi to create your online photo album is one of the easiest things to do in the world. All you need o do is choose the images you want to upload and then click the upload button. This will automatically create a photo gallery, and give you a personal private link to it. Whoever you give this link to will be able to add their own photos to your gallery, and download any that they want to. The chances of anyone else getting onto your gallery are minimal as there are millions of variations which makes each code unique. You don’t need to register for an account if you don’t want to, you can actually create galleries without an account. However having an account will make it much easier to make sure you don’t lose any of your photo galleries. Registering is very easy, you just need to choose a username, enter a password twice and also enter your email address. When you register you automatically get signed in and will get a much better experience. You do have to verify your email address. It’s free to use Troovi; however there are also premium accounts which are capable of storing more photos. The free collections have a limit of 100 photos per gallery (used to be 50), and will only let you upload 15 photos at a time. The download speeds are capped, and there are adverts. The paid premium accounts do not have adverts, can have an unlimited number of photos, and the download speed is not restricted in any way. Premium collections start at $1.49 although the pricing strategy is very confusing as it’s not clear exactly what you get when you pay more money. Troovi is a great site for anyone that wants to share high quality photos with family and friends.
