TidyLists was created by C3 Apps, a small software company found in Laurel, Mississippi. The C3 Apps team strives to create user friendly, functional software. The current team includes Bo Watts, Jason Vanderslice, Dallas Cook, Dawn Trest, Marc Mosley, Caleb Windham and Susie Turner.

TidyLists provides users with yet another organizational option. Although the application does not offer any features that can truly be considered unique, it does provide a well-organized system that enables the user to manage their tasks. When it comes down to it, users will be more likely to choose TidyLists basted on interface appearance and price rather than originality.

The TidyLists website utilizes a pale background with blue, black and red highlights. The bold logo features red and black lettering in front of a large, stylized check mark. Actual lists look very clean, with each task presented in order to the right of a small white check box. List names are found in a black header at the top of the list. The user can click the white box to strike the item off of their to do list. Completed items will still appear on their lists, but will be marked with a line and faded grey text color.

New users can sign up for TidyLists by clicking the blue “Sign Up in Under 10 Seconds!” link found in the yellow bar near the left side of the homepage. The short registration list can be found near the bottom of the following page, also highlighted in bold yellow. The form asks the user for a name, email address and password. After entering the details, the user can click the grey “Sign Up” button at the bottom of the form. Doing so takes the user right to their TidyLists dashboard. The site truly makes good on its claim that registration takes less than 10 seconds.

Cost is another appealing aspect of TidyLists. Although the application is much like other web based to do lists, some users might be attracted by the price. Anyone can create an account for free. There are no subscription fees or other costs associated with using TidyLists. Of course the application does not include some of the more detailed features that other similar applications offer, but it gets the job done at a very affordable price.
