What are the differences to other apps?

There are many comprehensive features unique to Terapad. Users can add stores, forums, calendars, and more. Users can set permissions settings for each section of the site. It allows integration with thousands of third party widgets and applications such as YouTube, Google Analytics, Feedburner, Digg, PayPal, and more. It is simply WordPress on steroids.

How does the web app look and feel to use?

Terapad has a comprehensive set of tools for website building. The WYSIWYG editor makes it easy to create and edit content. It is worth noting that the editor is not compatible with Google Chrome, but worked fine in Internet Explorer.

The text editor has tons of options and is simple to use. Animated smilies are available, as well as options to add video, images, and links. Within the Assets section, users may upload items individually or in bulk.

Users are invited to join groups in the Terapad community to interact with others. Forums, Job Boards, Shops, and more are available. The only negative seen was users spamming the forum with affiliate links.

Overall, Terapad is incredibly easy to use and has the most features, even in the free version, of any web builder available.

The first step is choose an initial site design, site features (content management, image gallery, careers, news, events, contact, shop, forums), site name, and tagline. The next page asks for company name, email address, full name, administrator username, password, and country. An activation email is sent to confirm site build.

What does it cost to use the application?

Terapad offers a free option that is ad supported with full features. It has 1GB storage and 10GB/month bandwidth. A standard plan is ad-free, has email support, light Terapad branding, 4GB/month storage, and 40GB/month bandwidth for $14.15/month. The pro plan has no ads, all-hours service, no branding, 6GB storage, 60GB/month bandwidth at $49.15/month. Users may upgrade at any time and no credit card information is needed for the free plan.
