The first is a free account that allows access for three participants, 30 minute session times, 10 MBs of storage space, up to four concurrent apps and documents, email support with a four day response time and the last five session recordings. The Professional subscription costs $29.99 per month and includes unlimited participants, unlimited sessions, unlimited storage, unlimited audio and video, email support with a one day response time and is available for personal and commercial use.
ShowDocument is a helpful resource for users who frequently collaborate online. Anyone who works with files can share documents and provide comments, feedback and information to their fellow team members. The application is available for free or with a paid subscription so small businesses and startups can easily fit it into their budget (as long as they need access for fewer than three users).
