It’s also possible to narrow down your search results so that you get a much more targeted set of results. Using Rentbits is very easy; you need to start by clicking on the map or searching for a location. Once you have clicked on a state you will then be presented with a list of cities, clicking one of these will bring up a list of properties. There aren’t as many properties as other sites; however it’s worth a look. It’s also easy to find out your rent at a glance without having to click on the link because it’s displayed in large text at the right of each property. It also looks like some holiday properties have found their way onto the site. Rentbits is designed like a search engine, however instead of searching for websites you search for properties to rent. You do not need to create an account and this can be used in a very similar way to a standard search engine. The only thing that you need to do is click on the map, or type in some parameters to search for. It’s free to use RentBits to find your next property, however if you want to post your property on the site then you will need to deal with the parent company RentMarketer. This will also get your property distributed to over 100 other rental sites. The site earns its income from property owners and advertisers. RentBits is a good solid application, and although it’s still in Beta there are a fair number of properties on the site. This makes it quite a useful site for anyone that is either wanting to compare their rent to other similar properties, or looking to move house.
