The application provides very stylish, organized and attractive quotes that are tailored to the user’s needs. The user can create a catalog of their products or services or set up a subscription system. Quote Roller supplies proposal templates as well. The user only has to select their template, choose the client, add the product or services and generate the completed proposal. Quote Roller also provides collaborative tools that enable the user to discuss a project with a client or allows clients to automatically accept the proposal. Users can also monitor their client’s activity through Quote Roller notifications. These notifications also give the user a heads up when something needs a response or attention immediately.
Quote Roller was founded in January of 2011. It is based out of Honolulu, Hawaii. The company remains small, with fewer than five individuals, however the service offered covers quite a few areas that professionals find important. The application currently handles most aspects of responding to and converting leads, from the initial interaction to officially closing the deal.

However it is one of the few that offers a very economical service that doesn’t sacrifice the quality of what it does. Quote Roller maintains an air of professionalism throughout the site and its features. The site uses a blue and white color scheme contrasted by hints of green and other colors. The proposal creation tools are very well-organized and easy to use. The user only has to add their clients, services or products and choose a template to begin.
A new user can create a Quote Roller account by clicking on the rounded blue “Sign Up Free” button found along the left hand side of the homepage. A second “Sign Up” button is also available in the upper, right hand corner of the page. The next area asks the user to select their preferred membership plan. After clicking the corresponding button, the user is asked for their first and last name, email address, password, company name and terms of service agreement. After filling out the form, the user can click the orange “Sign Up” button at the bottom to complete registration.
Quote Roller provides users with four membership options. The first is a free account which includes one team member, one custom template, one proposal per month and 30 MBs of storage space. The Basic plan costs around $9 and includes up to three custom templates, 15 proposals per month and 100 MBs of storage space. The Advanced plan costs around $20 per month and upgrades to include two team members, five custom templates, 30 proposals per month and 250 MBs of storage space. The Enterprise plan costs around $70 per month and includes up to five team members, unlimited custom templates, unlimited proposals per month and 1 GB of storage space.
Quote Roller is ideal for any professional or company that needs to submit quotes to clients. The plans offer various membership levels that would work well for an individual or a small to medium size business.
