QuestionPro gives users a way to gather information from website visitors. The application is designed to make it easy for anyone to create their own online poll. Users can choose any question they like with any answer that they deem relevant. They can then post their poll and manage responses to gain insight into what their visitors are thinking or feeling. The QuestionPro website is very clean with minimal clutter. New users can easily find their way around and begin using the poll creation tools. To begin, a new user can enter their email address in the field provided on the homepage then click the large orange “Get Started” button just below it. The next step asks the user to enter a password to use on QuestionPro. The user is then directed to their account dashboard and can begin creating polls. The registration process takes almost no time at all and is streamlined so users do not have to waste time just setting up an account.

Users are given a choice of three membership types when signing up for QuestionPro. The first is a free membership, which includes one survey, up to 10 questions and 100 responses. The mid ranged membership, called the Professional, runs about $15 per month. This membership upgrades to include unlimited surveys, unlimited questions and unlimited responses as well as enhanced security and data export features. The high level Corporate membership runs just under $100 and upgrades to include additional advanced features intended for businesses.

Anyone who owns a blog, website or forum that would like to ask their users a question can appreciate QuestionPro. The three membership levels make it easy to fit the application into any budget. Users retain control over their surveys, how they are presented and how to manage the information they gather from them.
