Projectial covers many vital areas for businesses. The application can manage projects, assist with human resources tasks, finances and scheduling. Users can create new active projects that are broken into tasks that can be structured so that priority or prerequisite items are completed first. Milestones are included and allow the user to measure progress for larger projects. Activities also include the amount of time required to complete them. Budgeting tools allow the user to allocate hours and fees for a project. Built in statistics show the user any issues, where they occurred, when and what caused them. Team members can communicate within Projectial, eliminating the need for third party messaging or chat programs. Notifications allow users to set up reminders so an important date or event is never missed. Project and task histories are also saved, even after a project is archived.
Projectial was created to help businesses and professional teams operate efficiently and waste less time and money. The application combines project management with resource allocation and scheduling tools to help companies meet their goals efficiently. The current version includes a list of attractive features. Even though it has not been widely commented on, Projectial has a lot of potential to become a valuable asset in the eyes of managers and business owners.

Although Projectial does many things, it doesn’t offer anything that a number of other applications aren’t already serving up. That being said, the tools included are very appealing and can help teams save money, time and frustration in the planning and completion of any kind of project.
Projectial does away with the drab grays and safe blues by welcoming users to its brightly colored interface. The application favors bold pinks, bright greens and friendly orange to give its user interface a much needed makeover. Despite the invigorating color scheme, Projectial still manages to keep its composure with a clean design and organized columns and menus that maintain a professional, functional atmosphere for the user to work within.
A new user can try Projectial by clicking the green sunburst button that reads “Sign Up Free” in the upper, right hand corner of the homepage. Doing so takes the user to the registration form which requires a first and last name, email address, time zone, company name, username and password. After clicking the “Register” button at the bottom of the form, the user is automatically logged in and can begin experiencing their first project with Projectial.
Projectial is currently free to all users. The site lists three different subscription plans, but for the time being all three costs nothing. The application’s creators are offering free access while they refine and expand the features list to entice more users to sign up. Once the application switches to a subscription service, users will have to choose a plan. The first is the Tarif 01 plan which allows one active project and access for up to 10 users. The Tarif 02 plan upgrades to 15 projects, email support and unlimited users. The Tarif 03 plan will include unlimited projects and priority level email support.
It is difficult to say exactly who will benefit the most from Projectial until official prices are released. The application includes many features suitable for companies as well as small to medium size teams. The pricing may make a big difference for small businesses and startups that might be operating on a tight budget while they grow. For the time being, any professional group managing projects can appreciate the features included in Projectial.
