Locating people who are willing to take the time to provide honest feedback can be challenging, especially if the designer works on numerous projects and is frequently requesting feedback. Please Critique Me makes it much easier for designers to get good feedback without annoying friends in their social networks. The website provides a form that allows the user to submit their current project URL along with any comments they have to share. Please Critique Me includes a list of critiques who are also designers. The submission is given to one of these critics for a thorough review. The user is provided with detailed feedback that they can use to improve their project. Please Critique Me works for both print and web design projects.

Please Critique Me was created after the OnWired team found they were receiving may Twitter requests by designers to obtain feedback on their projects. The 140 character limit of Twitter combined with the many requests made it difficult to keep up and provide a good critique. After receiving a suggestion from StyleTime as well as assistance from Adelle Charles, OnWired hired designers and Please Critique Me was born. The team includes Tony Chester, Jon Norris, Sean Baker, Megan Stout, Brett Buddin, Troy Thompson, Corey Brinkmann, Joe Wilson and Jennifer Chester. The site is not actively maintained anymore.

Please Critique Me is a valuable tool for print and web designers. What makes the application so appealing is the way it offers a guaranteed critique to those who submit their projects. The critique comes from an actual designer who understands the elements of design and can provide a professional, helpful critique.

Please Critique Me uses a colorful, creative design that features pastel paint splatters and a dark header background. The vibrant logo utilizes green, blue and pink to grab the attention of visitors. The paint splatters found in the background of the site are visible, but not so bold that they make the design look busy. The content is well-organized, with the critique request form easily visible right on the homepage.

Please Critique Me was created purely to provide the design community with a way to obtain professional critiques. The site does not require a registration to access content. There is a form provided for those who would like to submit a project for review. The form is found along the right hand side of the homepage and asks the user for their name, email address, project URL and any comments they would like to share.

Please Critique Me invites designers to submit their projects for free. There is no registration requirement and users are not asked to pay a fee to submit a project. The project must meet the Please Critique Me guidelines, which can be found at the bottom of the critique request form.
