OnePage was founded in 2009 by Joel Gascoigne, Adelle Charles and Oo Nwoye. Located in Birmingham, Great Britain, the OnePage team still includes Gascoigne as the Chief Technical Officer. Nwoye is no longer an official member of the team but has moved on to continue work as a Nigerian entrepreneur who hopes to inspire others with the same background to start their own businesses online.

A newcomer is given many options when creating a OnePage account. Along the right hand side, the user can find three blue buttons and one green button. After submitting an email address, the user is advised that they must check their inbox for a confirmation message which needs to be accessed to continue. Currently, OnePage is available to anyone who is willing to take a few minutes to make an account. The process is painless and requires no credit cards or other payment information. The site does not yet offer a premium paid membership. This is a nice bonus considering the simplicity of the service being offered. The Press FAQ page hints at the addition of future premium features, however it does not elaborate on what those might be or how much they will cost. For the time being, anyone can use OnePage for free.
