LiquidPlanner is an online project management utility which can be used to manage time and projects. It has been designed to make collaborating and setting mutually convenient meetings much easier than normal. LiquidPlanner was founded in March 2006 by Charles Seybold and Jason Carlson who both still remain in the company. The company received $1.2 million in funding from various sources including the founding partners. The website is popular although there are a number of competing services including Wrike, 37Signals, Basecamp and AtTask.

You need to have an email address when registering and they will check the email by sending you an activation email. You must read this email and click the link in order to unlock your account.

LiquidPlanner is only available as part of a paid subscription plan, and there are two different options. You can either pay up front for a single month or for a whole year. When paying for a whole year the costs are reduced to $25 per month per user and it also includes free customized training. The option that you choose is up to you depending on how much you want to pay up front. There is a free 30 day unlimited trial available to try out the software and see how well it works for you.
