Launchlist Pro helps users thoroughly review their websites prior to officially launching them. The application provides the user with a helpful list that covers all the important areas of a new website. The user can add their website URL, an author and check for numerous elements such as spelling mistakes, proper content formatting, correct Meta data, SEO friendly page titles and more. The user can oversee the launch of numerous websites on their Launchlist Pro Launchpad. Each list is included with a progress bar so the user can monitor how far along each is. When adding a new item to the list, the user can select a premade template to get started. Templates include designs for email newsletters, e-commerce sites, web applications and brochure websites. Additional user can also be added and assigned specific roles which determine the user’s level of access to the website lists.
Launchlist Pro was created by Collapps. The Collapps team includes developers Lee Karolczak and Chris Botman as well as Jay Hollywood. The team also created a free version of Launchlist Pro called Launch List Lite. The free version included a similar check list but did not include all the multi website features.
Launchlist Pro provides users with a centralized place to monitor their upcoming website launches. It is very easy to overlook the small details. This application gives users a convenient way to stay on top of their progress towards launch. The Pro version is ideal for users who have multiple websites to review, whether the user has less than five or 20 sites to launch.
The Launchlist Pro website welcomes users with a dark color scheme and hints of airy blue. The check lists have a very modern, smooth feel with each item listed along with a slider button that can be toggled to yes or no when that item is complete. Users can also add custom fields to go with each individual website so that Launch List becomes a detailed resource for their upcoming site launch. The user’s main list of website projects include colorful status bars so the user can see at a glance which sites need attention and which are ready to go.
A new user can sign up for a Launchlist Pro account by clicking the dark grey and white “Sign Up” button in the upper, right hand corner of the homepage. The user must select their desired plan before continuing. After doing so, the registration form will appear at the bottom of the page. The form asks for a username, email address, password and desired Launchlist Pro site address. The last step asks the user for their billing information. Launchlist Pro accepts Paypal payments as well as Visa, MasterCard American Express and debit cards through Paypal.
