Google Reader is a content aggregator that gives the user control over their RSS and Atom feeds. The user can access blogs they follow through Blogger as well as other content. The user is not required to take any action or make any purchases to keep their Google reader account active. All users are given access to the same level of features with no limitations. This is a good price for the features and functionality the user is given with their Reader account.
