Tasks can be created directly in Flempo and then assigned to someone for completion. How does the application look and feel to use?
Flempo is a real pleasure to use, creating new tasks is very easy and assigning them to specific people is also easy. The system is very sophisticated; however it’s not overcomplicated and has some nice touches with it. The ability to import tasks from other systems is very useful for people that already have existing systems in place, the API’s can be used to link the system to sign up forms, and various other web applications. Emails from customers can be forwarded straight into Flempo and then assigned to specific people for ease of use. Flempo not only makes managing everything easier but it also makes it easier to trace who was assigned what and how all of the projects are doing. The annoying thing about the system is that it will not display in English until you click the tiny little link down the bottom of the screen, and then change the language to English.
How does the registration process work?
Registering for an account with Flempo couldn’t be easier. Although the only problem I have with the registration form is that it’s not in English even if you visit www.flempo.com. This isn’t the end of the world, although it is annoying.
What does it cost to use the application?
There are a number of different plans for people signing up to Flempo, the free plan is the most limited, and only allows 10 teams of up to 10 people each, and 1GB of storage space. If you do need more features then the Startup plan introduces email integration. The professional plan introduces SSL certificates, and makes it possible to customize the branding to make the system look much more professional.
Who would you recommend the application to?
Flempo is ideal for any business wanting to keep track of various tasks while making sure that they are assigned to the right people. Emails can also be put through the system and assigned to various people to make sure that they get dealt with as quickly as possible. Flempo is very popular because it’s available as a free tool with very little limitation. Flempo is a useful system that’s stable; this makes it useful for everyone, even if you’re not into new technology. But the strange language configuration of Flempo is disappointing.
