Erply helps business owners bring together the less exciting aspects of their business. This gives them more time to focus on interesting elements like the customer experience. Erply software offers a point of sale, relationship and inventory management system that is economical and easy to use. Erply currently supports a handful of diverse industries, including construction, production, point of sale, car services, retail, ecommerce, logistics and time billing. Through Erply’s inventory system users can manage quantities, build invoices, track accounts and manage payments. Users can also merge all of their emails into Erply for better convenience. Erply also allows business owners to integrate the system with Magento and Prestashop platforms. The application also includes task management tools to complete projects and share assignments with coworkers.

Erply was founded in 2009 by Kristian Hiiemaa and Kristjan Randma. It was intended to provide business owners with a functional, affordable sales and inventory software solution. Today, the Erply team has grown to around 20 individuals, including Investors Zack Urlocker, Dave McClure, Kenny Van Zant and Directors Saul Klein and Satish Dharmaraj. Hiiemaa is the company’s current CEO.

New users can try Erply out by clicking on the blue “Free Trial” button along the lower, left hand side of the homepage. The user is first asked to select form four membership options. After clicking the corresponding “Sign Up” button at the top of the column, the user is asked to supply a first name, last name, country location, business name, business email address, business phone number, industry and Captcha code entry (to verify that they are human).

Erply provides users with three membership options to choose from. Users can access cash register and PoS options as well as PDF invoices, billing and inventory features, one warehouse, CRM, API, PoS hardware support, webshop and report generators. The Small membership costs $70, applies to one store/location and includes two users, two point of sale, and the tracking of up to 50,000 inventory items. The Established plan costs $225 per month and upgrades to include up to 15 users, 15 points of sale, 5 locations, and the inventory of 500,000 items. The Chain membership subscription is also available and starts from $999 a month. The Chain option is intended for larger companies and includes up to 100 users, 100 points of sale, implementable in 30 locations, and the tracking of 2,000,000 items.
