Doolphy gives users a way to manage projects and collaborate online. The site includes many handy tools, including an easy to use interface, file sharing, no user limits, hour logging, and milestone management. Doolphy users can observe progress and get others involved so the entire team has a central location to give input and share ideas. Users can make sure they stay on task and on schedule. User permission settings are also available to maximize security and privacy during the project.

Doolphy was intended to give users a better way to manage projects and keep up with collaboration. Today, little has changed although Doolphy includes many helpful features for users. The site is still dedicated to assisting organizations and businesses in their projects through streamlined management tools and collaboration functions.

Doolphy offers numerous tools that a business can use to manage their projects. That being said, the site really doesn’t offer anything new or unique that many other sites aren’t already capable of doing. That doesn’t mean Doolphy isn’t worth a user’s time. The site is attractive and well organized, and the tools available are many. Users can monitor the hours spent on a task, share files, collaborate, and watch for discrepancies between actual and projected progress. These may not be new concepts, but they are still very helpful and very in demand for many businesses and organizations.

Doolphy presents a very sleek, modernized design in a way that is friendly and welcoming for a new user. A white background helps highlight light blue text and menus as well as other navigational tools and screenshots on Doolphy. The actual tools are easy to read and understand and help the user gather the information they need quickly. Time is often a big concern when planning and working on a project. Doolphy helps lower the amount of time needed for the logistics end of things while giving the user total control over the process.

A visitor that wants to register for a Doolphy account can begin the process by clicking the grey “Prices and Sign Up” link at the top of the homepage. The new user is asked to select from one of four membership types. After doing so, the registration form requests a first and last name, email address, password, country, and Captcha code entry. Once the details have been added, the user can continue by checking the privacy policy and legal statement acknowledgement followed by the blue “Send” button located at the very bottom of the registration form page.

Doolphy offers four diverse membership options for new users. The first is the free account, which allows for unlimited users to work on one project with up to 100 MBs of storage space. The next membership level is the Basic, which costs just under $17 and upgrades to include up to ten projects and 5 GBs of storage. The Premium account runs just under $50 and allows for up to 30 projects and 15 GBs of storage space. The most expensive account is the Enterprise, which costs just under $140 and includes up to 100 projects and 50 GBs of storage space.

A project manager, or anyone else working on a group undertaking can appreciate Doolphy. The four account types make it easy for almost anyone to use the tools available. Even a start up or non-profit organization can choose a free or low cost account to get started. There are many tools so anyone working on almost any type of project can find plenty of uses for Doolphy.
