Cloud Contact Forms helps users build their own contact forms. The application requires no programming knowledge and is entirely web based. The user can generate a form in a single click and can use their form with any blog, website, CMS or individual web page. The application stores the form responses online, so the user can access all messages and export old messages. The user control panel works much like email and allows the user to read, reply to or send bulk messages to those who responded to the form. Cloud Contact Form provides users with access to real time tracking reports. The application uses Captcha technology to protect users from spam. The user can also customize the look of their Cloud Contact Forms form by choosing specific colors and designs. Team accounts are available for companies and groups as well as email marketing tools.
Cloud Contact Forms was created to help the average internet user or professional with their form creation needs. The application allows users to build forms without any programming or HTML knowledge. The current version also allows users to customize the look of their forms, access reports and responses and includes an email-esque user interface.
Cloud Contact Forms offers a form building service that is difficult to classify as unique. There are many other applications that let users create online forms. Cloud Contact Form includes a number of features, from customization options to bulk reply tools. The application offers many of the same features as other form building tools but the forms look outdated.
The Cloud Contact Forms website invites users with a dark blue and white color scheme. The narrow site logo appears in the upper, left hand corner in white. The forms created by Cloud Contact Form are outdated and ugly. Users can create forms that use their brand colors. Users can also choose premade templates to start building forms.
A new user can sign up for a Cloud Contact Forms account by clicking the white and orange “Sign Up for Free” button in the upper, right hand corner of the homepage (inside the dark header). The following page presents the user with a short registration form. The form requires a name, email address, password and number verification code entry (to prove that the user is in fact human). The form boasts a three second registration time, and this seems to be true. After submitting the form, the user is advised to check their email inbox for an activation link.
Cloud Contact Forms offers users four membership plans to choose from. The first is a free account which includes one form, hosted forms and submits, CCF control panel access, live form preview, one click form creation, 100% Captcha protection and the ability to embed forms in any website, profile or blog. The Wind plan costs around $5 per month and includes up to eight forms and one team member account. The Storm plan costs around $20 per month and includes up to 50 forms and four team member accounts. The Tornado account costs around $50 per month and includes up to150 forms and 10 team member accounts. Users can take advantage of discounts by purchasing six or 12 month subscriptions.
Cloud Contact Forms is a tool aimed at anyone who needs to build online forms. The application handles all aspects of the form, including customized creation, response storage and communication with those who respond. The user can access all of their form results and contacts through Cloud Contact Forms. The app doesn't look good and it is not easy to use. We don't recommend this tool to anyone.
