What are the differences to other apps?

BridgeURL creates one URL for groups of links so users can send one link that leads to a slideshow of the pages. This makes sharing multiple sites easier.

How does the web app look and feel to use?

The application is simple. Users choose a title for their list and then add the URLs of the sites they want included. When finished, BridgeURL creates a standard and shortened link for the group.

The link leads to what appears to be a slideshow of the pages. There are arrows to scroll through the sites, and each is fully viewable.

Note that this does not work Facebook or MySpace pages as block iFrames technology.

How does the registration process work?

No registration necessary. This means that links are not saved and users will have to bookmark them if they wish to save them.

What does it cost to use the application?

BridgeURL is free to use.

Who would you recommend the application to?

This application has a wide range of appeal. Sending multiple links over Twitter or Facebook will appeal to users of those social networking sites. It also simplifies sending links via email or chat.

  • Free to use
  • Slideshow of linked pages
  • Easy to navigate site and linked sites
  • No registration needed
  • Created links are not saved

You should be trying to switch to http://brief.ly./ as it services are on top of the arts in the industry. I love their offering of re-routing links any time to any place to keep the traffic. As a publisher you will really value that.
