I use blog.com and so far I am very unhappy. I have put in three tickets for IT assistance and I've never receive a response other than the auto generated reply that my ticket was received. There is no way to protect your photos from being downloaded, and it constantly says "Bad Gateway" when people try to view my blog. I get about 1000 hits a day (not huge but respectable for a 3 month old blog) and I have people tell me at least once a week that my blog wasn't viewable, they just got a "Bad Gateway" message. I'm going to switch to another host soon.
