BizOnTrack was founded in January of 2011 by Vancouver IT Services. The application was intended to provide users with an effective, thorough goal management software solution. The current team consists of around 10 individuals, including CEO Harry Che. BizOnTrack continues to offer effective options for professional teams.

BizOnTrack is certainly not the only team goal management application available on the web today, however it is one of the more detailed. Users can review reports and goal related data in any number of ways. Individuals can be assigned tasks and the use can check progress as well as team progress to oversee goals on multiple levels.

BizOnTrack has a very professional design that incorporates bold colors including blue, red, purple and green. Report data is presented using simple pie charts, which are very effective when obtaining information quickly. The user interface is clutter free and relatively easy to use, even for a brand new team member.

A new user can register for a BizOnTrack account by clicking the blue “Sign Up” link in the upper right hand corner or the orange and white “Try It Free” button along the left hand side of the homepage. The following page presents the user with the registration form. The form asks for a first and last name, company name, time zone, email address, preferred login page URL, company name, physical address, city, state, zip code, country location and phone number. The bottom of the form asks for the user’s credit card information.

BizOnTrack charges a subscription fee based on the number of uses who will be accessing the service. Companies will be charged $19,95 per user per month.

BizOnTrack is ideal for teams who need to find a way to centralize their information and collaborate on projects. The application can make life easier on team leaders and managers by giving them all the data they need to make better decisions about where to apply the team’s efforts and how to complete projects.
